• Engraving: You can have your name, initials, or even a logo engraved on the product if there's enough blank space. There will be an additional fee of $5–$10 per item, depending on factors such as text length, number of characters, or the size and complexity of the design. You may also choose between hand engraving for a more artisanal touch, or laser engraving for precision and detail.
• Color customization: The color of natural horn is inherent and fixed, as it reflects the authentic texture of the material. However, for bulk orders (10 pieces or more), we do offer painting, inlaying, or plating options upon request.
• Gift packaging: By default, our packaging follows standard parcel format. If you’d like something more elegant (e.g., gift-ready boxes, custom wrapping, or a card), you can choose from our optional gift packaging add-ons.
• Pricing notes:finished item only, and do not include shipping, taxes, or any custom services mentioned above. For personalized or custom orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you properly.

• Damaged during shipping: While rare, damage in transit can happen — and we never want that for our customers. Every order is carefully packaged, but the delivery process is handled by third-party couriers. Please record a video and take photos while unboxing the item. Once we verify the issue, we’ll immediately send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
• Wrong item received: All our orders are packed by hand, and though we strive for perfection, human error may sometimes lead to a mismatch between your order and the product shipped.
